A temporary system-wide network outage is affecting the city of Lakewood, resulting in impacts to some public services. These impacts include:
Lakewood Municipal Court
The front counter is closed and will remain closed until the issue is resolved. As a result, in-person payments are not accepted at this time. Pay fines online at this website.
Emails and phones are down and voicemails are not accepted. Emails and records requests will be reviewed and processed once the system is restored.
Court is proceeding as scheduled with in-person only attendance. Due to the outage, Zoom and the livestream to YouTube are not available.
Public Works Engineering
Right-of-way permits: Right-of-way applications are still accepted electronically, but the review and issuance are delayed due to the outage.
Emergency ROW permits, or emergent issues can be directed to Chris Dominguez at 253-377-4372.
Community Economic Development
PALS is not impacted by the outage. However, permit technicians and inspectors are limited in their ability to respond. As a result, there will be a delay until the issue is resolved.
The city will update its website with new information when it is available.
