The Lakewood Senior Activity Center hosts exercise classes and social activities for seniors. You don’t have to be a Lakewood resident or be of a certain age to participate – all are welcome. Our mission is to help adults stay active and social through exercise and activity. Give Debbie & Elizabeth a call to learn about all of the activities we organize!
