The city will be completing this project in two phases. The two phases are described above in the project description.
It is anticipated that Phase I will be advertised in early 2021 with a bid award by the spring of 2021. Construction on this phase is anticipated to start in late Spring or early Summer 2021. It is anticipated that construction for this phase will be complete by the end of 2021.
It is anticipated that Phase II will commence in 2023.
