Enjoy food, live entertainment, an art show, and hands-on crafts. See roaming entertainers. Kids will enjoy balloon making, face painting and can participate in a children’s parade. Make sure they wear their best Fiesta attire, traditional clothing or favorite costume. Don’t miss the 1 p.m. performance by members of the Skagit Latin Horses Association – these dancing horses are sure to impress.

Car Show
Enter your vehicle in the Night Owl’s Car Show. This year’s show is hosting a “Trunk or Treat” theme. Pre-register and save. Cost is $20 until Aug. 30. Or register in person at the event for $25. There are more than 20 awards up for grabs, including Best in Show. Awards will be given at 4 p.m. Move in is 11 a.m.
Art Show
Local artists will be featured at the event. Stop by to see their art on display, hear their stories and learn more about their culture and how it influences their work.
