Juanita Lanier has only been selling insurance in Lakewood for a few years, but she is a homegrown local. After growing up and attending high school here, she returned to start her own business in the city. Now, Lanier and her team give back to the Lakewood community by not only providing the best customer service possible, but through volunteering and providing sponsorships.
“We help customers manage the risks of everyday life, and we do that first by getting to know them,” Lanier mentioned in our interview. She iterated multiple times that customer experience and service is extremely important to her and her team.
