Due to poor road conditions around the region and the inclement weather, Lakewood City Hall and other city buildings are closed today, Dec. 23, 2022.
Facilities will be closed through Monday, Dec. 26, the observed Christmas holiday. Regular operations resume Tuesday, Dec. 27 at 8:30 a.m.
The city’s road crews continue to treat roadways and respond to icy conditions across the city. Lakewood police are patrolling and responding to calls. Residents are encouraged to stay off the roads until conditions improve.
Please note: the city continues to experience a network outage of its phone and email system. Phone calls cannot be received at this time and emails are not getting through. Updates will be provided as necessary.
