City of Lakewood Planning and Public Works Department – Notice of Application Dower-Dell Shoreline Conditional Use Permit #5952/13024; Shoreline Variance #5952/13026; and SEPA Review #5952/12883

The City of Lakewood Development Services received a Shoreline Conditional Use Permit (App #5952/13024) and Shoreline Variance (App #5952/13026) for a project located at 6918 75th Street SW (APN 0220274055). The proposal includes a remodel and expansion of an existing single-family residence located approximately 90 feet from Chambers Creek. The City will evaluate the project for consistency with city development regulations and the City’s Shoreline Master Program. The Responsible Official has determined that the proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment, and an Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW 43.21c.030(2). This decision is made after review of a completed environmental checklist, other information on file with the City, and existing regulations. The Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) is issued under WAC 197-11-340 (2) and the City of Lakewood’s SEPA rules (Lakewood Municipal Code Title 14). The public and agency comment period for this proposal is October 25, 2024 – November 25, 2024.
