National Night Out

Lakewood’s National Night Out is your chance to meet the police officers and firefighters that work year-round to keep Lakewood safe. Meet new neighbors, enjoy community potlucks and barbecues, play games and participate in family-friendly activities.

National Night Out events happen in neighborhoods across the city. To find out if an event is happening near your house, call the Lakewood Police Station front desk: 253-830-5000.

National Night Out 2022 is Tuesday, Aug. 2. Events kick off between 5 and 6 p.m. Lakewood Police Department officers and first responders with West Pierce Fire and Rescue, along with Lakewood City Council members and other elected officials are expected to visit the various sites throughout the city to connect with neighbors and celebrate the community.
