The City of Lakewood, WA City Council will be holding a public hearing for the 2024 Annual Development Regulation Amendments on November 4, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. All persons may submit written comments about the amendments, or testify in-person or virtually during the public hearing.
There are 3 proposed issues addressed by the proposed amendments, summarized below:
- Updates to LMC Title 18A regarding compliance with new permit processing requirements under SB 5290 and to promote permit streamlining and internal consistency.
- Updates to LMC Title 18A to update regulation of manufactured home parks
- Updates to LMC Title 18A to update regulation of camping and recreational vehicle parks
